Comets?

So I have yet to see anything resembling a comet, despite having a very good app that locates everything, I'd ever want to or need to see in the night sky. My question is, where or when will a decently bright enough comet to be visible in my 10" telescope be viewable?

This site has two that should be visible in your 10" and it has links to finder charts as well. I saw comet Garrard earlier in the year with my 6" but now is reportedly visible in binoculars.
