With regret we have closed the For Sale section.

As the forum grows that section has attracted traders which has led to an increase in complaints. Indeed that section generated more complaints and angst than all the other sections put together.

SGL is a non-profit-making forum that is essentially 'staffed' by volunteers who would rather be promoting astronomy than dealing with complaints.

Thank-you to all those who used the For Sale section in the spirit it was intended.

We are working on an alternative...
