how to make mooncraters round

is there a tool to virtually project my moon pictures on a white ball, and then virtually take a picture of a crater projected on the ball, but from streight above the crater, so that i can take pictures of craters on the edge, and see them round?

Yes, there's a software package that does exactly that....I tried it a couple of years ago...I'd need to go back to my archive HD...stay tuned....
