Polar Alignment Guide for EQ goto scopes

Having been on this forum since February 2011, I've noticed that one of the subjects that keeps cropping up is how to get decent polar alignment.

Having posed the question myself when I joined SGL, and been given information and suggestions as to what aids are available from members, I thought I would produce a document containing the links etc which helped me fine tune the alignment of my HEQ5.

Hopefully other members will find the info useful, and save time searching for the tools and tutorials.
