Another first webcam attempt.....

As a previous post said, the focus was in and out due to the bad seeing, but I was itching to have a go. Not much in the raw footage but more detail appeared when playing (blindly) with wavelets in Registax.

Meade 8" SCT on EQ5 Pro Synscan with SPC990 webcam. (No barlow)

It gave me a huge kick to see this image appearing in Registax, and I cant wait to get out there again to see what I can improve on.

If this was taken yesterday then good job as the conditions were not ideal. You have captured the barges well.

Hopefully the weather will improve for your next session.

Not too bad in the circumstances. If you can beg, borrow, or steal a Barlow it will help.
