DSS query?

I'm having problems with DSS packing up during a stacking run

Sometimes I'm just stacking a couple of lights to get an idea of how things are going, other times I might be trying to add darks, flats, flat darks and bias frames to a number of lights:cool:

Same result each time it does all the registration, cleans up hot & cold pixels and starts the stacking... it then puts up the message its encountered a problem and wants to close:mad:

Images are from an Atik 383L+, captured in Luminosity, all same binning, etc., etc...

Any ideas anyone
