Guide/travel scope-Celestron NexStar 102 SLT Refractor a godd idea?

Hi. I am looking for a guide scope I can use with my 200mm newtonion on an HEQ5pro moung. I'd also like to use it for taking on holday as a travel scope. Is the Celestron a good bet or am I paying for the goto and a poor scope?

The ST80 OTA is the king of guide scopes and a handy travel scope. I'd just put it on a manual tripod/alt az mount for holidays.

Thanks Olly. The ST80 does seem very popular. I've ordered it from 1st light with the skywatcher guide scope mounting plate. Seems remarkable value for the scopr and daylight robbery for the plate:)
