Ive been a member for a month now and have got 50 post i was wondering how i get to for sale and buy section ive scrolled down and i can see the section saying this is not thr for sale etc... section its a few lower.

It should tick over automatically (your info says you joined in Sept so that could actually be less than a month?)

An email to admin (bottom of the page) might also help.
