A company that isn't mentioned too much due to its products being "niche" but i do have to say that they are a pleasure to deal with.

I emailed Alan enquiring about upgrading my handset to include the Messier catalouge (amongst others) but this would require the addition of a new chip to the handset.After a few prompt replies i send off the handset on Tuesday and it was back by Saturday of the same week with emails updating me on the progress.
