Flat Issue

When I take my flats, as i use a CLS filter I get a Blue Cast to the Flat which it to be expected, but when I then use the master flat in Pixinsight to calibrate my images they go Orange.

Any ideas?

It could be orange from LP?

My main issue I believe is down to the QHY8L really needing a minimum of a 4second exposure to avoid the double exposure it does with quicker times, this has made me need to take 8 second lats and use Darkflats.

With pixinsight im getting a mess at present as i think im calibrating my flats wrong, so im just playing with DSS which seems to be ok.

Scrap that DSS has lines on the image, where as i have unticked the optimize on Darks for calibration on PI and it seems to be behaving now.
