Please Help With EFW2 Filter Wheel

Hi guys

Having problems with my filter wheel. It arrived late last week and tonight has been my first opportunity to set it all up and test everything. I have managed to install the drivers for the atik camera and filter wheel but the despite the wheel 'whiring' when i select a filter (1,2,3,4 etc) the wheel doesnt move.

Not sure if I have made some 'boo boo' when I put in the filters but ******!! It doesn't seem to want to move!! (near to tears now.......please help...)

it's ok, it's ok, I think i may have sorted it. just taken it apart and noticed the motor wasn't fixed into position and touching the wheel. fingers crossed that has sorted it!
