Borg 101EDII First Light: NGC7000 & IC5067/70 (Hα)

This is just a modest 3 x 15 mins Hα while running some tests with the new gear the other night, still got a few issues to sort out but I'm happy enough just to get off the starting blocks

Camera: Atik 383L+ Mono with 1.25" Baader 7nm Ha

Scope: Borg 101EDII @ F5.3 / 0.85x DGL Focal Reducer

Mount: EQ6 with EQMOD

Guiding: Orion ST80 with QHY5

Capture Software: CCD Commander, Maxim DL

Processing Software: Deep Sky Stacker, PixInsight

Exposures: 3 x 15 mins

Calibration: 20 x Darks, 50 x Bias

Ah, you've joined the collective then? Great choice of 'scope, and great first light image with it.

Just upped from the 77ED. I think once you join, that's you hooked for life, just as well there is quite a wide range to choose from :rolleyes:
