90% Full Moon - 16/08/2011

Hi

I had a crack at the moon last night with my DSLR.

This is 12 frames stacked in Registax, taken with a Nikon D40 at prime focus and ISO200 (sorry I can’t remember the shutter speed)

A little curves and colour correction in Photoshop, Registax processed each sub with a red hue, strange as there was no indication of any red in the RAWs that I could see.

I’ve not taken many shots of the moon so any processing tips or suggestions appreciated/required

Keeping doing exactly what you're doing! That is a superb image.

I agree with Thingy - don't change anything - that is an exellent image with particularly good colour.
