Simple question, how on earth do i get it to focus?! I point the scope at the moon, look at my camera display and just see a blurred bright white circle. Ive adjusted ISO to about 200, and shutter speed is about 1/500PLEASE HELP!
Earl
You might not be able to get the camera close enough to get focus.
JoLo
I can do it with my 12" Orion, but just barely. Some focusers just don't have the in travel to make it happen...I think in these situations the only solution is a low profile focusser.
Pitbull
Seems to be a common problem, there are a couple of threads in the beginners section, including my own, about the same subject. It seems the camera cannot get close enough to focus so it is either mod your eyepiece holder, move the primary mirror up the tube or use a barlow.Check out the recent threads, there are a couple of useful links in them too.http://stargazerslounge.com/beginners-help-advice/151918-old-subject-focus.html
