EQ5 Single Axis motor help please!

Hi All

Is there anyone who can help? I have a single axis motor drive on my EQ5 and the tension knob that engages the drive keeps coming loose. I have half solved the issue by fitting a tap washer but was there originally a washer fitted to this locking knob? I have had the motor for a while but it was taken of one of my old mounts to fit to a new mount and I think I have miss placed the original washer which I'm sure will be more durable than a tap washer.

If anyone wants to post a picture of the chrome knob this will be helpful also.
