go easy please first light neximage

ok so i didnt have long on the moon last night by the time it got dark enough it was sinking be hind the house's but this is my first ever time using any sort of ap appature it was taken with neximage

any comments to help me out would be great!

That is not a bad effort for your first step down the slippery slope. I noticed that the image size was only 320 x 240 when the Neximage can do 640 x 480. You should be able to select 640 x 480 somewhere in your capture software.

It would give you a greater FOV and 4 times as many pixels in your final image. I never used my SPC900 on anything but the 640 x 480 resolution.

I am not sure why 320 x 240 would be recommended, especially on a target like the moon. Unless it allowed more frames per second to be captured that is.
