I would just like to say a big thanks to Telescope House for their help

in ordering my new super duper bino tripod.

The story goes as follows.....

I ordered it online using TH's online ordering system.

In the process of ordering it i made a mistake which meant i hadn't put my home address in.

When i noticed it i immediately mailed TH to let them know what had happened.

They mailed me back straight away to confirm the order then another to say that they would sort the address error.

24hrs later i had the obligatory chap at the door from the delivery man.
