What's peoples thoughts.... Evo 120 'VS' Phoenix 127 ?

I have a Helios branded 150 F8, a bit scruffy but optically excellent. I don't bother trying to sell it because it would go for a max of 200 pounds. As John says, depreciation is huge on these so second hand is the way I'd go. I don't know the 'Phenix' but starting off with a spelling mistake grates on the eye!

Any chance you have had the two scopes and the clear skies to compare them yet John?

Would probably amount to a futile comparison as the OMNI 120 is not available as a stand alone OTA anyway but it would be interesting how they faired in a head to head.

Afraid not - neither FLO or I can work that quickly

The lack of availability of the Omni as an OTA only won't help but I'll contact Steve at FLO and see what we can do.
