Registax6 upgrade error?

Hey all, I have just tried to install registax6 upgrade but I keep getting this message.....

"The program can't start because CV120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling to fix this problem."

So after a half a dozen times of reinstalling it I am still getting the same message, I don't even know what CV120.dll is.

Any ideas on what can be causing it? I use windows 7 and the previous version is registax 5.1.

Have you installed Registax V6 or just the update to V6 ? You need to install Registax V6 first before installing the update.
