M13 with Atik Titan and ST102

Definitely my best globular so far. 6x30 secs with Titan Atik, ST102 and 0.5 reducer. Apart from the usual star bloat from the refractor, not bad I reckon. I managed to capture NGC6207 too. For me at least, these fast refractors are definitely the way to go.

I will be doing various upgrades to both telescope and mount in the following months, replacing the ST102 with an ED80 and the AZ GOTO with a HEQ5 (once I pluck up courage to spend the money!), so it's onwards and upwards as they say.

Very nice image with the faint fuzy and all. You'll like the ed80 when you get it.
