Skywatcher compatible with Meade GoTo Handset?

HI, I'm using a Sywatcher 130p Supatrak, my friend has a Meade scope which has a goto handset, I'm not sure of the exact model. My question is, can I use this handset and plug it into the motor on my Alt-Az mount?

Not sure if it would work....can anybody advise?

im not 100% sure chriso but i did read somewhere that each connector (mini telephone jack) from each company (skywatcher celestron vixen meade ect) is wired differently so it shouldnt work

perhaps theres some one on here who could test for you
