  1. Ok I think I was ok in the end, for anyone with the same issue The lens orientation is with the concave side towards the target: Target light - - - - - > )___) - - - - > Camera Hope that crude diagram helps! Had to wait 3 weeks to test it mind because of a terrible UK October weather. Anyway, I am pretty happy with the results on my little rig, attached a stack from last night.
  2. Hi, so I disassembled my field flattener as I had a bug trapped inside that showed up on the images. Stupidly, and you know whats coming, I did not make more than a mental note on how the lenses came out. Now I am unsure if I reassembled correctly, the order is fine, but I am unsure of the orientation of both lenses now. So for peace of mind would anyone know which way round, or any good way I can check? It's this one btw: https://www.rothervalleyoptics.co.uk/skywatcher-field-flattener-for-evoguide-50-ed.html Thanks all! After 3 weeks waiting for clear skies this is a stress I could do without.
