  1. Thanks malc-c. The AZ-GTi does not have a handset although t is optional if required. All firmware is done over wifi and using a tablet/phone app to control the mount. Its a mystery why it won't turn back on. I have read the link, I also had the stuck in firmware update also. Unable to update using desktop PC & 2 x surface pro 4's. I managed to overcome that issue by using an old windows HTPC. Fortunately I did contact Tasco sales Australia with this power issue, it turns out the mount is still under its 5 year warranty and will take a look at it. Cheers
  2. Hello I updated my AZ-GTi firmware from v3.16 to v3.20. The updated was done using Motor controller v1.74 and instructed to turn off power after 100% completed. When turning it back on there was no syscan ssid showing in the wifi network, looked at my mount and no red LED power light. I was using a 12v power pack, this has been used before. I tried 8 AA batteries 12.1v output to rule out a faulty power pack, still no power to the mount. The AZ-GTi has had very little use and was working okay just prior to the firmware update using Syscan Pro for Windows and controlling the mount (firmware v3.16) Any ideas what going on.
