  1. Hi guys! Got my issue fixed! I had to download the third party PL 2303 driver and now it works! Not sure why they don't tell you that upfront but, hey! Sorry I caused confusion but thank you for your help! I'm totally new at this and will make many mistakes going forward. Thank you for your patience! Clear Skies!! http://www.prolific.com.tw/US/ShowProduct.aspx?p_id=225&pcid=41
  2. Sorry guys, was I not supposed to reply to an old thread but make a new one? I am still having the same issues as the first poster on this old thread; any help would be appreciated.
  3. Hello! New here and am having the exact same problem. I cannot get my telescope to connect to Stellarium or to Celestron's own computer software. I bought a 15ft USB cord to connect to computer, finally found that it is connected to COM3 but still shows "stopped" in Stellarium and won't even connect in the Celestron software. I have a Windows 10 laptop and Nexstar 127. Looking above, the last question is about the serial cable being plugged in; it is. This is really frustrating! Clear Skies.
