That's a great result! I hope our UK councils can be so helpful. A lot of issues with annoying light trespass (unfortunately all too common these days with poorly designed, thoughtlessly installed, mega-bright LED floodlights) could be solved with a bit of cheap shielding.
I raised a complaint about a new led street light opposite our bedroom window. Not only did I get an email response in an hour, they had fitted a shield within 2 weeks!!!
Surrey Heath area thumbs up

That's nice!
Would be interested in the workflow....
With Kelling not too far away, and now having a wide-enough lens, this is something I want to try!!
Thanks Daz. It was processed in StarStax. Under blending preferences there's an option to save each cumulative image up to the final star trail, then import all of these "stills" into a video editing package (I'm on Mac so I used iMovie). In the same blending preferences window there is also an option to process images in reverse order, so I did this as well so that I had stars growing from single point up to the full star trail then added the reverse order to the video edit. Once happy with the video just save and export as an animated gif.

Hi all from Surrey/Hants borders
I've been astroimaging for nearly 2 years totally self taught/Youtube (so probably doing a whole bunch of stuff incorrectly :-)). Just bought a ASI1600MM/EFW and waiting for clear skies to try out as what I can do currently is limited by DSLR and Bortle 7 back garden. Will post images when I have something new...
