Hi Lucas, another superb image from you to go with that brilliant Jupiter that you posted recently. I am not at all envious, I'm not, really I'm not.... :Envy:

    Cheers, Geof

    Geof!

I'm happy with your words! And laughing too! 😅

  2. Friends has answered good tips. I have another one.

I use the PIPP software. Into the program you will see a label called INPUT FRAMES. There you can type exactly the frames you want to keep. You are also able to choose file format to Export (avi, ser, png, Tiff...), the FPS rate, reorder frames by quality....

I had the same Lucky of capture an ISS transit in front of the sun.

Please, share your final image!! 😎

  3. Hi all,

A recent image of Saturn showing an interesting formation of its moons. The capture was taken in a single video but in processing I used masks to increase the brightness of the moons. Enceladus is almost invisible, but with a good screen you will be able to see It.

    Hi Lucus,

It is a superb image, far better than anything I could even dream of from the UK this year, hence I did very little planetary imaging in 2019.

    Best regards, Geof

    Thank you very much Geof.

Here I had Jupiter at 88°, almost exactly in Zenith. What was the highest altitude he appeared to you? Maybe between 10 and 20°? It is not a fair comparison. 😂

I'm sure you could have great images If the planet was higher at your sky.
