  1. I bought a pair of these as well a bargain for £8 ! I had a 10x25 pair before and the new set gives much better views than that. Used them to look at the Pliaedes and the view was stunning. They are a bit plastic though but for that price, musn't grumble
  2. Just took up looking at the skies as a hobby and so far so good. Hoping that this site will give me a few pointers in the right direction. Bought a Celestron Astromaster 70EQ and probably should have waited and gone for a more expensive scope but its too late now! The moon has been impressive and Jupiter has also been good to look at, however the highlight for me so far was looking out at 4am last week for my first glimpse of Saturn . Heres hoping for clear skies the forecast for the next few nights doesn't look too bad up here, cold though .
