Why so many clouds?

We live on a little rock in the North Atlantic, similar latitude to Moscow,. Westerly winds pick up moisture from the gulf stream and bring it over us in the form of clouds. The Westerly's meet the continental patterns and so can get blocked over us or pass up our West side. We also sit at the meeting point of the Polar Cell and the Ferrel Cell and they mix at our Latitude to create cloud.
