    My first fairly successful picture of the Whirlpool Galaxy taken 2015-01-06, with my Canon EOS 550D mounted to my SkyWatcher Explorer 200PDS on the Celestron CG5. No eyepiece. Tracking, but no auto guiding. 122 light frames, 20 dark frames, 20 flat frames and 20 bias frames, stacked with DSS, and improved with a trial version of PixInsight.
