  1. i have just purchased an atik 161c monochrome camera and efw filterwheel to attach to my celestron c8.i would like to image saturn,could anyone please tell what additional filters etc i would need and how to go about it. i have neglected to mention i also have short tube 80 guide scope and relevant software.any help much apprieciated.nightstar

  5. i apologise for not being explicit,what i was refering to were astronomy organisations,or can i just call it the nightstar observatory. many thanks
  6. when you construct an observatory,do you need to register it with anybody.many thanks

    hello everyone,i have joined this forum as i have just returned to the fascinating hobby of astronomy.I am lucky enough to be under a relatively light pollution free sky in suffolk.I hope to be able to learn and contribute as i pursue this hobby and i wish you all clear skies
