  1. Moon on 24/01/2018 from light polluted Liverpool lol! Samsung Galaxy S6 hand held pointed down a 127 Maksutov at 60× Mag. Single image tweaked in PS express.
  2. 8 second shot at ISO400 from a Samsung Galaxy S6 on a static tripod. Post Processing on phone too in PS Express.
  3. Thanks everybody for your help and advice. I have followed what has been explained here and I am happy to say that tonight, so far, the mount has performed excellently! Waiting for Jupiter to clear the houses out back so I can do some imaging ? Thank you all again and clear skies ?
  4. Thanks Gazabone, this is exactly what I needed! Much obliged :-)
  5. Thanks Cornelius. Bit of a step up from the alt/az mount I have been using, very confusing :-(
  6. Thanks for the help guys. Looks like I'll have to try another night as I now have a power issue :-( It's not meant to be tonight...
  7. So only once the GOTO has done it's alignment do I lock the clutches?
  8. Ok so, I point the polar scope at Polaris but if I try to point the scope at Polaris then the polar scope has moved off Polaris. I therefore cannot get the scope and polar scope to look at Polaris together? This confuses me :-( Also do I need to leave any of the R.A or DEC clutches open to operate the scope? Thanks in advance for any advice. Completely stumped here :-(
  9. Hi, you can go to the Skywatcher website amd dowmload a manual for free. Clear skies :-)
