    Just been reading you're instructions for the IOptron MT.

    In the article, you mention you use a pipe grip to tighten the large clutch wheel underneath the mount head.

    Can you please advise which "PG" you use? I need one for my Mini Tower II Pro.

      Hiya there.

      I just use a standard pair of grips, any that will open wide enough will do. I also put a tea towel around the wheel to minimise any damage to the knurling. It only requires a pinch to tighten.

      Hi Shaun,

      Thanks for the reply. I have done that so we will see whether it works. I have a C9.25 OTA that I want to use. And I am convinced the MT-II Pro will carry the weight. The issue I had was both clutches not being tight enough to hold that weight. I will do some testing on the next clear night, to see whether my pointing accuracy has improved. Now both clutches are good an tight
