    Certainly not a paramount - looks like it might be home made possibly. In any case it will have been somebody's pride and joy and really sad to see it reduced to this! Again, don't know where you live but if near Lichfield Tamworth or Burton either myself or one of our club members would be happy to take a look and advise you a bit more.
