  1. Hey,

Here's a shot of Ngc 1333 with an integration time of 23.30.

    Location Pinoso Spain.

Mounting ioptron HEM27 Camera ASI 294mc pro I also found it a very difficult object to do justice to the dust.

Criticism or tips to improve this recording are welcome.

    Regards Paul

  3. Hey,

When I bought my first M zero a few years ago, the software didn't need any other software to do a star alignment.

Now with the new software with my new M zero you need a second software for a star alignment (skysafari ,carte du ciel)

Is it not possible to run the old software on the stargo? Because my star alignment now I have a lot of problems with it, I use sky Safari and I can't find my objects via the goto.

    Regards Paul

Have you tried focusing by day with the live view, on a very distant object? Or maybe the Moon? I would first try this before introducing a Bahtinov in the equation, to eliminate the possibility of a faulty lens.

Since you're using a DSLR, there shouldn't be a back focus issue and your lens should focus to infinity. If it doesn't, it means it's faulty, and that case I would return it to your seller. Samyang lenses are infamous for their subpar quality controls, sadly...

Also I just read that it's Baader modified. I assume the stock UV/IR filter was replaced by a Baader one, which might be thicker? And perhaps thick enough that it doesn't allow you to focus to infinity anymore? I'm not familiar with this modification, so I'm just speculating!

Thanks for the quick response, I'll give it a try.
