  1. You sir (or madam!) are a star! Many thanks. Couldn't have been less obvious, and Google didn't help. I'll check the manual to see if I should have RTFM'd. Edit: Yes, it's in the manual. Doh!
  2. I had problems with Starsense align (it kept turning scope upside down), so I did a full reset: reset AIS camera and restore defaults in hand controller. Now I have lost my previous Latitude and Longitude co-ordinates and can't find how to re-enter them. The only thing I can find in the menus is to set location to a city - the nearest one being 50 miles away from my location. The Latitude and Longitude were stored in the hand controller before the reset (I checked) - now I'm stuck! Come to think of it, now I can't even find the setting to read the Lat/Long any more! Please help!!
  3. Hi, bit late to the topic but I just got mine today and have been setting up. To set latitude and longitude with Starsense, go to Menu / Time and Location and scroll to View/Modify Location then press Enter. When it asks you to set Country / City, press the Option button (the one with the Celestron logo) and it will switch to Lat/Long mode. Incidentally, the biggest problem I had was plugging in the connector for the replacement handset - really fiddly That and the overcast sky of course!
