i think is cool to want to watch and photograph the sky and I understand very well the enthusiasm we all feel watching Saturn and other wonders but to use a phone as photographing device is (still) not the best way to do it; Either just observe or if you want to get into astrophotography make an effort and buy a xbox cam (or other webcam). I am sure the photo does not reflect the viewing you had of Saturn.
