Hey hey all, So i got the new sjywatcher 102/500 in today..as al see stacked on my Vixen ED80 just to see how it works out. I must say it holds all amazing together. So i looked trough the skywatcher and compared to my Vixen..120 opening achro vs 80 opening ED..The Vixen, Orion Nebula was bursting with sharpness and detail, then the Skywatcher...bit less but amazed how sharp it was, and..the 120 opening really shows the nebula even better as its surrounded in a field of tons of stars not visible in the Vixen. Conclusion? I knew it all along, Aperture and a good Scope like the skywatcher 102/500 makes for amazing seeing. I take that over the insane sharpness of my Vixen ED..why? Seeing is soo much more fun with a much wider field and minimum loss in sharpness..even with the 3 mm Radian the Skywatcher blew me away in Quality!!! Thank you Telescope express In Germany again for the good advice. getting from a critic to a skywatcher fan more and more. S.J.

Somehow stays interesting making pics in other ways then professional ones,,its the raw pics that stay exiting. I will try to make one of Jupiter with the Lumia 820, should show details one one of the hunfred pics i make like my saturn one. keep us posted there Jez. Also wich telescope you used? S.J. -
