  1. Thinking having kids and working 5 out of 7 night makes stargazing a little hard to fit in

      Well, lets look at this logically, you need to work and giving up stargazing is not an option, that only leaves one thing that has to go... :)

      Never easy, but can be done and gets easier as they start to sleep through. Though huge drain on the finances ;)

      You just have to take the chance when you can, and not get overly bothered by the times you cannot observe. A small scope is very good, I can pick mine up, out the front door and set up in minutes and take advantage of 30 minutes viewing. We will never get clear skies to order, yet somehow it is expected.
