  1. Not bad for a first attempt .try an APO just as good
  2. Thanks Trevor it will be an achromatic for me pos Skywatchers on an eq3 mount As I am on a budget and an APO is four times the cost with the same results Why spend more Adie
  3. Great shots with good detail. What telescope did you use,as I am thinking About buying an apo skywatchers or Williams option 100 mm any help most welcome
  4. Great scope at f7-8 a good all round scope,just goes to show you do not have to spend a fortune well done.
  5. Hi great shots with fine detail,I am about to get into imaging and was set on a MAK 127 but clearly the S/W 100ED is much sharper with good contrast. my mind is now made up. Thanks

  7. Great shot I have just come by 55-250 lens must try this on my barn door makes a nice change from close in fine detail pictures.
  8. HI I built my 6" f7.8 dob about ten years ago after buying a second hand mirror set , no plans just an idear in my head all you realy need to know is focal length. Myself 8" is a good size as not to big go for it .
