  1. Hello I am not sure if this is the right place for posting my question I read and I think I understand the precision and the polar star shift during long periods. I read that the Abu Simble temple in upper Egypt is aligned with the sun 2 days a year, 22 October and 20 February. My question Wouldn't these days change because of precision? The question is valid for many other old monuments that are built to be aligned with stars (Such as the pyramids) or celestial objects in general. Many thanks
