Hi Folks, I may have posted a half complete post on this, me and my big fingers and key boards dont mix, if so can a mod please remove the incomplete one. Now over the year I've used about every supplier going, some good some not so good but in general I've had no problems. The test of any company is how they help you sort out a non standard problem or when something goes wrong. I have a Takahashi FS 102 and it was a bit poorly:( for some reason the pinion was out of alignment (yes bent). So I thought I would try two options: get a new one or purchase the Starlight feather touch focuser, hummmmm, yes I've always wanted one of those and after some begging from the boss she agreed. So I found Harrison Telescopes, to be very honest I've not really heard of them prior. Anyway from my first contact with them were great with very good communications. Now unbeknown to me the new focuer uses the old pinion:eek: what was I to do? I contacted Ed at Harrisons with my problem and without hesitation he told me to post it to him and if he could he would repair it for me. I posted it off and by return (yes return) I have it back:icon_salut: How much?? FREEEEEEEEEE yes free. Now thats good service, how many companies would just say get a new one from a Tak main dealer or we'll sell you one, getting one from a Tak maindealer is not an easy job in its self trust me, but thats another sorry:mad: So please use Harrisons with confidence:)

Only joined today, but what a great bunch of people the members are, advice coming in thick and fast, great site, if I can get round it anyone can, most excellent. :sunny:
