Well despite the issues Carole you have produced a lovely M42 from this.

The legacy Sir Patrick leaves behind is the greatest testimony that he has achieved. His eccentricity and willingness to provide support and inspiration to the community knew little bounds and made him very likeable. I think the astronomical community will miss him greatly but what he succeeded in doing is in introducing his passion to a wider audience and helped make this accessible inspiring a many many people.

Another thumbs up from me for the FLO team.

After Pm'ing Steve on here regarding one of the fantastic clearance offers at 7pm on thursday and then further complicating the issue by wanting to use some of my vouchers, James got involved and we were messaging between the 3 of us until about 11pm by which time the whole lot was sorted and paid for. Having mail replied to at this time can certainly be called out-of-hours and beyond the call of duty.

As promised by Steve, quick payment assured quick dispatch and the mount was posted friday and recieved today at 2pm.

Thoroughly pleased with the deal, service and attitude to my requests (I really felt I was a bit cheeky asking for the deal and then for them to have extra work combing vouchers together and discount codes)

I cannot complain about the service overall and am a continuued happy customer.

Another thumbs up from me on FLO's service. My original query about the dovetail bar I wanted was sent out of office hours (10.26pm to be precise) and response was made next afternoon, correct information was given to me by Martin and I made the order based on his reply, delivered by the second day after order. Can't really ask much more considering the time of year too.

Ordered an axiom ep and OIII filter thursday night, the website said the filter was on back order 3-4 days. I received the EP monday and the filter tuesday! Obviously new would be just too excited t owait for each item so they got posted seperately to save the wait and at no extra cost, can't really have any complaints about that!

Happy with the products too, a slight grumble made about the rubber caps on the axiom in another post but really pales in comparison to the quality of performance
