Hi all We received an email from William Optics: The entire focuser can indeed be removed. In fact, they offered to sell me the scope without a focuser! I'm considering it Below is an image with sections that can be removed. I'll have to see if Precise Parts can make an adapter for the Esatto based on this diagram. edit: would anyone know what the rough length from the "102.5" mark above is to the camera sensor for the camera to achieve focus? With both flatteners? If I talk to Precise Parts, I'll need to give them an adapter size to work with.

Thanks Richard. I've reached out to them twice, but they've sadly have not responded. I'll keep trying and if anything is heard, will let others here know the answer if anyone wants to know in future.

Hi Richard Do you know if the entire focus mechanism can be removed at all? I have an Esatto focuser that I'd like to use. Is the OTA tube threaded inside if so?
