I always consider the Orion Nebula to be one of the most difficult targets to process and struggle every time but I spent a lot of time on careful stretches to not blow out the core too much on this. I’m not terribly happy with how the stars turned out but overall I’m pleased with it.   2. My 1st post here! With the weather here in Kentucky, this took about a month to complete but I’m fairly happy with how it turned out. Already planning to reprocess if I get time this weekend. All processing was done in Pixinsight - H: 142 x 180” (7h 6m) - O: 192 x 180” (9h 36m) - S: 208 x 180 (10h 24m) - R: 113 x 30” (56m 30s) - G: 135 x 30” (1h 7m 30s) - B: 120 x 30” (1h) - 30h 10m Total Exposure Time - Astro-Tech AT72EDII - Celestron AVX - ZWO ASI2600MM Pro - ZWO 30mm guide scope - ZWO ASI224MC guide camera - ZWO AsiAir Plus - Antlia 3nm narrowband filters Bortle 7 skies
