Since I couldn't find anything on the internet about the problem i have calibrating my polar scope, I hope that maybe here someone can help me.
It seems like it's impossible for me to align the polar scope on my ioptron Smart EQ Pro+ mount.
I don't think I've done anything wrong, I centered the reticle on a distant object, rotated the mount 180° and started adjusting the 3 screws to bring it halfway towards the object. I repeated that a couple times until i realised that I've run out of room for my reticle to move... I couldn't adjust the screws anymore. After unscrewing the eyepiece I've seen that the reticle can't move further down.
The problem here is that the polar scope isn't properly aligned yet, I need to bring it further down but it's just not possible for me to do so.
How can that be and is there a fix for it?
(also sorry for any mistakes, english isn't my first language)
