I bought the risingcam imx571c in March, it produced excellent images, but it has just died on me, will no longer communicate with laptop. Do not know the cause of the issue, I have only used the supplied 12v 3a adapter. Eddie has replied promptly, and I need to send it back to china. I need to pay the return postage, and they will fix and return post under guarantee. As customer service goes, this is very good so far.
