  1. Currently doing some cable management on my setup and I would like to replace the standard DB9 connectors from my Moonlite dual port DRO controller to the Moonlite stepper motors (focuser and rotator). The current original Moonlite cables are much too long and require looping, I am looking to purchase shorter ones for a neater fit. I have found in the Stargazer Lounge forums that these are straight through connectors, however, I was wondering, due to the DB9 cables also supplying power, do they require to be anything special or would any 'quality' DB9 cables do? I note that there are crossover cables on sale from our favourite stockists that allow the Moonlite focuser stepper motors to be controlled from a Pegasus UPBv2 which connects to the UPB via a RJ45, so I would assume that nothing too special is required but wanted to make sure. If anyone has successfully replaced their supplied Moonlite DB9 cables for any reason (shorter, longer, damaged etc.) it would be appreciated if they could let me know what brand they purchased and from where. Thanks, Mike
