Carina Nebula - NGC3372 _ Close Up 2 - February 2023
This is a close up of another area in NGC3372, a deep southern sky object known as the "Great Carina" nebula.
This object was imaged over multiple nights from my Bortle 4-5 quality sky backyard.
The total integration time was exactly 20 hours for signal exposure through all three of the narrowband filters for this (Hubble palette SHO style) narrowband image. The telescope was a 8" SCT at f6.3 with a QHY268M astronomy camera cooled to -10°C.
