All done, I was going to spray the unit satin black but at £9.00 a tin i decided against spraying....

the aluminium plates are purly cosmetic originally taken from one of the donor diagonals but i think they look pretty cool, the magnets make for a really positve feel to the flip action. I also covered the end of the allen key with a rubber grip which came from an old rs232 usb to serial adapter.
