Not sure if Im doing this right as this is my first ever post (allowing cat leaves me alone)

All I wish to know has anyone succsesfully updated a Alt/Az hand set that is used on the single arm Skywatcher Alt/Az mounts to the Syntrek hand control that is used on the EQ/HEQ/PRO mounts, the reason Ive asked is that I have a 150mm Skywatcher goto but Im considering an upgrade to the HEQ5PRO at £580 is a lot less than the nearly £700 with the Syntrek HC many thanks all
